Every OnPointe partnership begins with a discovery meeting. During this meeting, we learn about you, your organization, your mission, your past event achievements, and your goals. We identify your strengths and those areas which would benefit from some support, to determine how OnPointe can best provide value to your next fundraiser. This insight is used to create a customized Partnership Service package. Although those listed below are not a comprehensive list of options, they are examples of available services.
Auction Management
The Auction Management package is the foundation of all OnPointe Partnerships. Beginning with the implementation and management of the auction software, it includes the customization of a web presence and ticketing, donation, and sponsor pages. Following the inital creation, OnPointe assists with auction package options and their presentation, and continues to prepare for online and in-person bidding and bidder management during the pre-event phase and culminates in providing full event-direction from check-in through check-out on event day. With the OnPointe Event team handling all event activities, your development team, staff, and Board members can concentrate on communicating your mission and cultivating donor relationships.
Strategic Consulting
A benefit of OnPointe's involvement in so many events is that we stay on top of the latest trends, the best practices, and the most affective strategies of success. Lessen the risk of providing the same event year after year or implementing unproven changes. The OnPointe team brings this experience to our partnership. The team will be available to you throughout the planning process to be your sounding board, to provide fresh ideas, and provide strategic approaches to your event.
Strategic Analysis
We love analyzing data! We begin with a thorough review of outcomes from your past events. This data will be of further benefit when compared to the thorough analysis following your current fundraising event. Many factors are involved in successful fundraising. We examine the performance of the product mix in the silent and live auctions, the bid behaviors, the ROI and the effect of the event flow. Project Management
The Project Management Partnership package relieves you and your staff from the everyday logistical coordination necessary for your event. Let the OnPointe team guide your committee through the acquisition and sponsorship process. Tracking their progress and coordinating other event tasks, OPC will keep everything moving forward and according to schedule! Relieving these tasks from you and your staff of these tasks, will allow you to focus on your organization's needs and on outreaching to those guests who are ready to bid in your auction!
Technology Support
Technology has become synonymous with fundraising. With many wonderful software options, OPC can help you to decide which option is best for your organization. After selection, we will set-up the platform to meet your needs and provide training as needed to lessen the learning curve.
Comprehensive Partnership
This may look different for each organization; however, OnPointe will take on your entire event planning process. From budget creation, venue and vendor selection, volunteer engagement, and design, OPC will take the reins and provide a seamless, worry-free event. This is an option typically chosen by organizations with few staff, however can be beneficial for any size organization!
